Shipping to worldwide !
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to
confirm your order. For your protection, louboutinkings.com
insures and registers all items for their full value. Currently all
deliveries must be made to the credit card billing address unless a
secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box, you must provide us with a
physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. louboutinkings.com does not ship to P.O. Box address and
requires an adult to sign for the package.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once you place your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button, you will
see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your louboutinkings.com order number will be sent to you. If you

Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been
shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours
reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers. It
will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order
to your door. Please allow 7-12 days for delivery.
Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
- “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires special customization.
- An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized
we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any
import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility
of the customer.
Return Policy
At louboutinkings.com, your satisfaction is what we strive
for. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and
the speed and quality of service. Our job does not end when you click
buy. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business
to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore
dedicated to following through with our service until full customer
satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are
unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods
3. Dissatisfaction
In order to return your products, send an e-mail to christianlouboutin.com.hk@gmail.com
explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply
promptly and instruct you where to return product(s). Do not return to
sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to
receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your product(s) new and unused condition within 7 days
of receipt for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you
returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in
Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a
replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, the customer is
responsible for return shipping fees. We provide free shipping to you
and do not charge a restocking fee. we will lose the initial cost of
shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return
fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received
(i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 15 business days
after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may
only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of
receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
